Leg Workout

It’s Workout Wednesday folks! I found this workout for legs! It’s great and your legs will feel a little bit like jello by the end of it. Give it a try. If you’re not sure of how to do one of the exercise then please let me know and I will gladly put up a demo or you can look it up on youtube. Add some cardio (running or brisk walking) and weights (weighted lunges always leave me feeling my workout the next day) with this and you will have a well balanced workout!
