Burpee Challenge

Happy New Year’s Eve! I get so excited about the start of a new year. It’s just a one day difference, but there is something exciting about a new year. I don’t know if you make resolutions, but I would like to issue a challenge to all of my “faithful” readers (all 2 of you…lol). The burpee challenge. Burpees are killer, but they are a great form of exercise! So, starting tomorrow, I would like to challenge you to take the burpee challenge with me. If you don’t exercise then this will be a great way to introduce yourself to it and get your blood flowing. If you do exercise, it will be a nice addition to your daily workout. Let me know if you will be taking the challenge with me!

I am posting this because when you go to bootcamp at VIP you do like over 100 any given day... worst exercise ever though for sure!
