Something is Better than Nothing

I found this one day and wanted to share it. It’s simple, but true! Remember to do some type of physical activity. You will feel great afterward! Tonight I did 40 burpees. They are getting easier! In addition, I’ve had a request for some workouts that take into consideration those who are out of shape and/or suffer from conditions (such as arthritis) that make it difficult to high impact workouts. I am doing some research and hope to have some ideas up soon! For now, here is some simple motivation:
