Worry Less

Motivation Monday for 1.19.15

I found this on pintrest and wanted to share it with all of you. “Worry less” is great advice and something I find rather difficult. I am a worrier. I struggle with anxiety and tend to allow my imagination to lead me down a dangerous road. Being healthy isn’t simply about eating well and exercising, but also about spiritual well-being. I continue to grow in my faith and turn to God in times of difficulty. Recently I have been struggling with not feeling well. I have been suffering from a Hoshimoto flare up and it’s been frustrating, but I am reminded that God is with me and I am strong because of Him. Whatever you may be facing, I hope you can find hope in God and know that you are strong because of Him.
