Perfectionism

Hey friends! I want to apologize for my absence last week. Unfortunately, I caught a stomach virus. It was no fun and left me feeling completely exhausted. I rest a lot and I am feeling better. I’m glad to be back in the saddle. Today I was to discuss the disease of perfectionism. I call it a disease because it causes unhealthy thoughts and actions in the lives of those who strive for it. I found this great quote:

Motivation Monday 1.26.15

I love this quote! I have always been a perfectionist and it is exhausting. I truly believe that perfectionism steals our joy. This year I am focusing on being healthy and becoming stronger, not perfect—in all aspects of my life!
