Hey friends! Here is another delicious recipe that can be eaten at breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a snack. Try this recipe. It’s delicious and very easy!
1 container (6 oz) greek yogurt, any flavor
1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup fruit (blueberries, raspberry, mandarin pieces, diced apples, etc.)
*Feel free to add in extras like flax seed, chia seed, nuts, etc. for extra nutritional value!
In container with tight-fitting cover, mix yogurt and uncooked oats. Stir in desired fruit. Cover and then refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 3 days before eating.
