I love snacking, but it’s important to make smart choices when snacking. I found this on pintrest and thought I would share it. I’m not a huge fan of rice cakes, but I know a lot of people enjoy them. A couple of my favorite snacks are almonds with chocolate pieces, apple with skim cheese, peppers with hummus, as well as banana with yogurt. It’s important to have a combination of good carbohydrates and protein. These are just some ideas! I would love to hear some of yours.
