Planning for Success

Hey friends! Sorry for being so quiet lately. I’ve been a busy lady and this got pushed to the back burner. Recently I have been doing Insanity: Max 30. I LOVE it. It’s 30 minutes a day and no driving to a gym. Win-win! I get up around 5:10 in the morning and get my workout out of the way early in the day. It gives me time to get things done in the evening and for walking my dogs and/or going for a run. One of the things I did when I got the Insanity: Max 30 set was create this chart for record keeping:

It captures my obsessive nature quite well, but it also demonstrates the importance of planning. I have discovered that I must have a set workout time and STICK to it. If I don’t, it doesn’t happen. As someone once said, “Failing to plan is planning to fail.”

If you are a skeptic, Insanity Max:30 is a great workout. It’s all about the amount of effort YOU put into it.

pictureThis was from today’s workout—look at the sweat on my shirt. I worked out hard! Since starting Shakeology and following the 21 Day Fix eating plan I have lost about 8 pounds and my clothes are getting big on me. I love how I feel, but even more, I LOVE the balance I have achieved through BeachBody. I wish everyone would try the programs for themselves—they would love them and they could save money! Another win-win!
